I have over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, working in various roles from field engineer to project director, and leading projects across different sectors and regions. I am also a Takt and lean expert, an inventor of the Takt Production System® and the Integrated Production Control System™, and a creator of several online tools and resources for the construction community. We are passionate about elevating the entire construction industry, building leaders, and preserving families.
