Card on file
Hey everyone, how do you all go about asking for a card on file. Do you send the customers a stripe link or do ask for there card details over the phone/zoom. I closed 2 clients today to take my total to 5 😁.
One client was really hesitant when I asked for his card details so I sent him a stripe link. He filled it in 5 hours later. Do you think there is a preferred way of doing it?
