I hope you all have a Blessed and Happy Easter Sunday with your Family and Friends. Do you celebrate Easter? If so do you have any traditions? In my family we backe tradition Armenian Easter Bread.
Armenian as well as the Greek use special spices like ground Machlep which are special cherry pits and ground Mastic gum which is the sap of the mastic tree and of course the most expensive one which is Saffron. It gives the bread a special read hue and specks throughout the bread.
