Rank and Rent
Hey All,
Wanted to get a feel from the community if they have any experience with the rank and rent business model, as it's something I was interested in pursuing.
The idea is simple. Find a niche and a city (ex: plumbing Allentown, PA)
- Build a simple site
- Rank the site on google (SEO)
- Reach out to potential clients to offer the leads that come to the site
- Close either a monthly retainer with business or a pay per lead method.
The business model sounds intriguing but I am wondering if it's viable in todays market. Thoughts?
