Resources Under $4 Series
Hi All Here are a collection of my resources that cost under $4. **Why under $4?** I've been very fortunate that I've managed to help over 1,200 coaches in the last few years. Giving away this resource at a price that just covers my fees for this platform is my way of saying thank you.

The Football Coaching Academy
360TFT is my website, but I've also helped to build another community on Skool called the Football Coaching Academy. The Football Coaching Academy has grown to be the #1 Football Coaching community on Skool (rated by Skool!). It has helped 1,200+ members become better coaches, and contains direct access to UEFA qualified coaches and courses. Here are some other benefits that are included as part of membership 👇
Coach/manager guidelines
Hi all....a question for discussion which our club is having an issue or two with right now. Do any of yere clubs have a written set of rules or guidelines for coaches/managers to follow in terms of training and on match days. Something in regard training structure and match day in terms of minutes for players and conduct on the line. All or any feedback here would be much appreciated folks please.

#25 Session Of The Week
Advanced Tactical Concepts #25: Managing Game States (Winning, Drawing, Losing) Members will get this session straight into their inbox Football isn't just one game; it's three different games depending on the scoreline. Teams that can't adapt their approach to the game state will always struggle when the situation changes. The Problem: Teams that play the same way regardless of score, failing to adapt their tactical approach based on whether they're winning, drawing, or losing. The Session That Fixes It: 2v2 Game Management Goal: Develop tactical intelligence that adapts team approach based on match situation, maximising chances of positive results regardless of current score.
