Creativity is constraints
I read a great book a week ago, that had a good point "Creativity is about less and using constraints" If youre trying to create a comic, or anything, its better to make constraints for the creative aspect of it than have every idea in use of your hands. Also stealing 1 idea from some one is stealing, and stealing 100 ideas and mixing them is "being is original" And have other hobbies than drawing aswell, watching for example cartoons may give u inspiration or running outside hours a day might help u generate many high quality ideas Here are some of the few rhings that sticked out for me in the book
Books for art
Hey guys, i just read a book of another topic, and i wanted to ask if i were to buy a book to read / learn of art Is there some recommendations? Im beginner - middle level in art, i can draw and know the basics but arent in the top yet. (Btw I already have one george bridgman book)
"Long hours"
Is there any tips doing art for long periods of time, i usually "run out of gas" at 90 mins, i would love to continue the art piece but dont want to make shallow work

@N. Colin Dyer i would say as little bit of boredom, half that im just shallowly redrawing a part thay doesnt move me forward, and rest is mix of the other things like forgetting to focus and checking messages

Wait now that i think about it sometimes its that i leave rhe hard clothing or things that are the hardest for me in the end and i get overwhelmed trying to find references and it just completely breaks the flow Either this or what i said previously happens to me
Okay, now what?
Okay so i have practiced art for a while now, i have mastered the things i wanted to master and yeah so on.. But how do i create something new? Something of my own? 😂 any tips? Like i feel i cant create anything genuine just random non unique stuff like a character design that has been made a 1000 times
Questions about drawing
I want to ask you guys—maybe this sounds like a silly question, but I’m just curious. When you draw, do you prefer starting with the head first and then the body, or the body first and then the head? Sometimes I start with the body and then draw the head, but I often struggle to figure out the distance between the neck and the body. What do you think?

I start by drawing the head and feet then arms (just as like balls) and then i work trough mid body to everywhere
