The Passport Connection is Growing
Hi Everyone. Our site is growing. New members are starting to join each week. As mentioned in a previous post, the primary objective on this site is to offer select friends and fellow travellers an international community platform enabling them to find, connect, befriend, refer, recommend and / or communicate with each other in different countries of the world. YOU can help me grow the site quickly. Heres how! If you know 2 people living anywhere in the world who loves to travel and would enjoy free membership on this site YOU can invite them to join. Simply click on the Members tab > Click the INVITE button> copy the link showing and email it to them. Its as easy as that. Add a personal note explaining your involvement in the site if you like . My initial approach is to give 150 people FREE lifetime access. My goal is to grow the site to 1000 members and represent a minimum of 100 countries enabling our members to travel to any country and enjoy at least 10 membership connections in that country. Initially my founding members here will be invitation only, known friends and travellers of existing members, or individuals that have been recomended by existing members. I'm building a large global family who loves to travel and explore. Here you will build strong connections and enjoy enhanced travel experiences with those people and their communities when traveling to their countries. In 2026 I will be posting travel articles once per week, holding weekly coffee catchups, and doing new member introduction videos along with memorable journey videos with our members. I look forward to your involvement and engagement on the Passport Connection. HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎉💥🍾

Surf Coast Idyll
Hi I'm Stu. I'm a surfer, writer, father of three boys and have lived in Torquay - the capital of the Surf Coast - for over thirty years. During the busy summer months, we run a guesthouse from part of our house; kind of like a backpackers hostel. During the winter months, Torquay is quieter. It's the surf season and it's also the time when Lisa and I like to take off and travel; Asia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand. Next year we're planning to take a retirement 'gap year' and head to Europe for nine months and then back via the Silk Road. Love to hear any travel tips and advice from other members. Happy Trails everyone!

Very nice introduction Stuart. When I visited you last you had a couple of travellers from America helping you with your B@B management and cleaning. I have a couple of people arriving soon from Germany that would like to chat to you about helping out. Tell me more about what works for you from a helper perspective. Now are you visiting Turkey on the way home and who can I connect you with in Europe?

Hi Stu and Lisa. I see your moving around in Italy. Hope all goes well. A suggestion, when you do an interesting post on facebook, why dont you duplicate it on here. It will add more content.😃
