Study Method assistance
Good morning. My name is Justin Caminero and im 18 years old. A note for everyone, My mentors who graduated from college actually has a study issue that socity commonly has. The study method. Im sure most of us can relate. We try looking for the best study method. Didnt find it. Tried one didnt work. Was wondering if you could assist us in providing and finding a study method so not only do my peers, and i see and apply it but more importantly, everyone else so we can put an end to this societal struggle. A step by step guide would be helpful.

This is a very valuable question, because this is exactly where most people struggle. I don’t think the problem is “not finding the right method,” but rather seeing the goal as too big and as a single piece. Big goals overwhelm the mind and lead to procrastination. That’s why the first step is to break the goal into small, clear parts. For example, instead of “being successful”: Solve 20 questions today Review and fix one weak topic Study with full focus for 30 minutes Setting measurable and achievable steps like these is much more effective. The second important point: Take one step every day. Even if it’s small, consistent progress is more powerful than big jumps. Discipline is more valuable than motivation here. Motivation comes and goes, but habits carry you forward. And the most overlooked part: Recognizing and celebrating small wins. Because the brain wants to continue when it feels “I did it.” If you did what you planned today, that’s not something to ignore—it’s something to celebrate. In summary: Big goal → Break it down → Take action every day → Celebrate small wins When you build a sustainable system, what we call the “best method” naturally emerges.

“It definitely works really well.”
Scan
The “Pre-Study Scan” Spend 60 seconds scanning headings, bold words, and images before studying. Your brain builds a “map” before learning details.
