The Moment I Stopped Waiting… Everything Changed
Let me take you back to 2018. I was working in corporate America, at HP, where I had already built and led the Young Employee Network. I thought I was next in line for a bigger global leadership opportunity. But I didn’t get it😔 And the truth is, that rejection hit hard because it wasn’t the first time. Hot97 passed me up for the role I wanted. MTV pulled the plug on the show I thought would change everything. And now, once again, another gatekeeper was telling me no. That was the moment everything clicked for me. I realized I was tired of letting other people decide my ceiling. So in April 2018, while still working my corporate job, I started Young and Profiting. My mindset became: If I can’t lead 7,000 young employees inside one company, I’ll go lead millions outside of it. That decision changed my life. What I learned is this: Gatekeepers can delay you. But they do not define you. Sometimes the breakthrough isn’t getting chosen. It's choosing yourself. So now I’m curious… Where in your life are you still waiting for permission?

So awesome the results is in the work
Consistency leads to breakthroughs!
Every big creator you look up to? They FAILED first. • Got rejected • Got ignored • Got told “this isn’t for you” • Posted to crickets for months (or years) But here’s the difference… they didn’t stop. What made them different, is that They adjusted, they learned, and consistently kept showing up. If you’re not seeing results yet, you’re not behind you’re just in the phase most people quit in. Stay consistent. Your breakthrough might be closer than you think. 🔥

@Hala Taha Your story inspired me in my darkest days , thanks Hala
Gold Mine !
I listened to a “million-dollar podcast” breakdown—and here were my biggest takeaways: 🎙️ Production Consistency beats everything. Clear audience + strong positioning = content people actually stick with. 📈 Promotion Posting isn’t enough. Growth comes from short-form clips, SEO, collaborations, and intentional distribution. 💰 Monetization Don’t rely on just ads. Real money comes from offers, partnerships, and building systems behind your content. 👉 Biggest lesson: It’s not just about making episodes—it’s about building a machine behind them. What did you take away from that POWERFUL Webinar ?

When are you most productive?
Quick question for everyone 👇 When do you feel most productive during the day? 🌅 Morning ☀️ Afternoon 🌙 Night And why do you think that is? Curious to see the different answers.

I love this question. Most of my content creation, is after work 430-600pm.
Fight the Fear!!!!!
Most creators don’t struggle with ideas, they struggle with fear with bringing their ideas to surface. Fear of being judged, Fear of failing, Fear that nobody will care and the Fear that everybody will care. You overthink, delay, tweak, restart… not because you’re lazy, but because creating means you are being seen. And being seen is vulnerable. Every creator you admire has felt the same thing. They just posted anyway. Not when it was perfect, Not when they felt ready. Just when it was real. So if you’re stuck right now, it’s probably not a lack of skill. It’s fear wearing a very convincing disguise. I believe consistency is key!
