Enneagram Core Motivations
This was how I was introduced to the inner work. I wanted to start bringing it here to share with you all. I even made a NotebookLM video to introduce it. How about that? My favorite part is that the enneagram is not even pictured in the video, yeah me! The diagram is attached below for reference. I could create a 40 hour class on this topic so take this super lightly and let's start the conversation here. I think this work of awareness building is the first step before any inner work. It gives us a common language to work with and patterns that we can see in our lives. Please hold this very lightly and try not to grasp too hard to it. Another disclaimer is to let others type themselves. It is their work to do so please don't tell someone that they are a particular type. The Enneagram is a map of how we move through life. The first shape is a circle. That represents wholeness. The part of you that isn’t stuck, isn’t reacting, isn’t trying to become anything. It is already here. You are already here and complete. The first breakdown is the triangle from 3-6-9. This represents the differentiation of heart centered, head centered, or body centered. More on this in the next post I create. That points to something deeper. The way we get caught in loops, and how awareness begins to open us back up. Within the circle are nine points. Each center has three types. Each point is a different way of seeing the world, a different pattern of thinking (head), feeling(heart), and acting(body) that we tend to default to under pressure. This isn’t about putting yourself in a box. It’s about seeing the box you’re already in. Your type might have been most noticible in your 20s and may have softened as you developed over time. And once you can see it clearly, something starts to shift. Curious… as you listen to this, what do you notice about your own patterns?

before you create a 40 hour course, what engagement and interest of your audience in enneagram that you create that?
1st 100 Members Gift - Premium Offer
To show support for what you all have done to build this community here is my above and beyond offer as a show of thanks. My premium offer is Next Level Circles - It is yours for free. A small group of founders, meeting regularly (lets create what regular looks like), each bringing something real from their business or life. Not to get more advice or more strategies. But to slow down enough to actually see what’s going on and shift how you’re showing up inside of it. You bring a challenge that actually matters to you. We work with it together. And you leave different, not just with ideas, but with a new way of relating to it. This is where growth stops being something you force and starts being something you step into. Let me know if you want in and I will invite you. Let's start making this real together. This offer expires on 4/1 when the price becomes $97, then $297 per month on 5/1. For you all it is $0 per month.

What It’s Actually Looked Like Building This
@Max Krenke asked me the following question this week in the What would support you Post "Would love to hear about your own progress with your community and how you are growing and achieving what you are achieving and your mindset behind it!" - Max Honestly, it’s been a real process, not clean or linear at all. The community has gone through a lot of iteration from Unfolding, Moonshot Unfolding, and now Next Level Founders. From the outside that might look like I was changing direction, but for me it’s been more of a refinement process. -Unfolding was just bringing the how I do the work but did not articulate what outcome someone would have. -Moonshot Unfolding spoke about more of a vague goal. -Next Level Founders was create with about 20 hours of deep work with a coach that articulated better the avitar and what they were looking to achieve. Getting closer and closer to language that actually meets people where they are, without losing the depth of what I’m here to do. This work matters to me and I want to share the vast richness of what it has done for my life from a personal side and from a business side. I would trade every dollar I ever earned for the peace it has brought me. (This is for another post though or this will go on forever) A big challenge for me has been how to communicate this work. I’ve always known it’s deeper than strategy, it’s about who you are being, what you’re able to hold, how you relate to yourself, especially as things grow. But translating that into something people can immediately feel and say yes to has taken time (years). There were definitely moments where I felt like I was saying something true, but it just wasn’t landing the way I wanted it to. That is as much repeating it as it is playing in the space right with it. Skool has given me that space to play and get feedback faster. My growth strategy was not locked in and I just tried what others tried to begin with. Networked, teamed up, paid for some ads. No clear strategy, just trying things out.

best way to test if your process works is if you go through a workshop and work through a path all together. that way, you can be one step ahead and get real time feedback. lets talk about it in a call
What is the coolest thing you have created with AI?
I'm looking for some motivation here. Something that felt like you were really using it, not just using it like a search function. I have a feeling there are some ideas in here that could open up entirely new directions for myself and others. I'd like to hear about them. What have you done beyond the obvious basics of AI functionality to make your life or your business better?
