I said that for years and then I stalled out at six foot and got cut from my high school basketball team. Didn’t stop me from playing for other leagues and getting on all star teams, but definitely was a nail in the coffin for my dream. Now I live vicariously through my children, but only championing their interests. My oldest wants to be an engineer to build robots to help people. We’ve built one and this summer he’s going to build at a battle bot camp! So cool 😎
