Really like the Opt-in Page functionality and have a quick suggestion. Currently, the opt-in page works well by collecting customer details (name, email, phone) and then triggering review requests via SMS/email. One small enhancement that could significantly improve conversion: 👉 After the opt-in form is submitted, give an option to redirect the customer immediately to the review link page, instead of only relying on SMS/email. Why this helps: - Many opt-ins happen right after a positive experience (e.g., restaurant visit, clinic checkout). - Customers are already present, engaged, and willing to leave a review at that exact moment. - Redirecting instantly to the review page reduces drop-offs caused by waiting for SMS/email. - SMS/email can still be sent in parallel as a backup or reminder.

I just wanted to share a story for those of you who are new...... I've never posted here before. We signed up in May of 2025 and we're dragging our feet out of fear. I finally decided to give it a shot and approached a Thai restaurant for a free trial. Because English is NOT their first language, They were very excited about the AI replies. Then my husband and I went to Florida on our 20-year anniversary and I pitched a French bakery in fort Lauderdale. When we got home we on boarded our third free trial a hibachi and sushi place nearby. My strategy has been to pitch businesses who do not have English as their first language as they are very excited about the AI replies!! These were the first three business I ever pitched and I was shocked to hear that they all said yes. We offered them all a one month trial. Happy to report that we have our FIRST PAYING client the Thai restaurant is purchasing it for both of his locations!! We are charging 200 a month for that one. I just found out today that the French bakery wants to continue and is excited about it That's a 100 per month. Hibachi restaurant loves it too but we are doing a trade basically our family of six gets to eat there for free anytime we want. I want to thank my mentor!!! You are amazing You know who you are 🥰 Anyone out there who is new believe that you can do this and just start with the free trials. We don't even know how to do anything other than the QR codes And we are making money.

I got 4 clients signed up in the most sinplistic way, here's what I did 1) find a local business Facebook group for your area 2) post saying you've created a solution for local businesses that will help them grow on Google, through the power of reviews, on autopilot with AI. Ensure the post has a background on you and I even uploaded a photo to built trust from the get go 3) I offered all local businesses that commented 14 days for free including a "review reactivation" where I would cover the costs to send a campaign out to their past customer list 4) around 10 businesses commented , 8 of them got on the trial , 4 decided to pay a yearly fee after and are already seeing results Light work
