What Did You Want to Be When You Grew Up?
I love this question. There were phases to this for sure, but thinking back to when I was a young lad all I wanted was to be a baker. I come from a family of bakers, so growing up in bakeries and watching my grandfather, dad and other family members run the bakery was so much fun. To me, that was the coolest job ever. I would tag along, punch in with my timecard, put an apron on, and got to work watching, learning and contributing more and more as time and experience accrued. I also got to smash cupcakes and baked goods all day so that was very rewarding as a kid 🫣 “You can have many great ideas in your head, but what makes the difference is the action.
