Brilliant thoughts mate. ā€œYour leadership isn’t tested when things are calm. It’s tested in the moment before you react.ā€ I really really like that. Your story with the nurse who needed a hand, not another person to manage, thanks for the whole concept land really well. Definitely why these human skills matter Have a great day @Daniel HallsHappy Easter to you and your family.
What’s Your Favourite Kids Movie?
I just sat and watched the minions movie with the kids (for the 100th time) but today I just chuckled away at the movie like a kid myself. Funny movie Love the ā€œKing Bobā€ part. Kids chuckled when we watch it also yelling ā€œKing Bobā€ What’s your Kids Movie go to?

Big fan of Shrek. Good adult jokes hidden in kids humour. Particularly the second one. Donkey cracks me up.

@Stephen Mooney the goonies is still one of my favourite movies of all time. Young Josh Brolin still blows my mind considering the amount of movies he’s been in since. My eight year-old daughter watched it for the first time the other day. Now she wants to be a pirate.

@Daniel Halls @Micheal O'Dalaigh @Shawn Ziem I was actually out for a walk, trying to get some km's up for a 96km Kokoda challenge that I'm doing. A mate called me up when he saw me walk by a pub, so I went in for a sneaky schooner. It went down quite well. Really got in the way of my walk, but I managed šŸ˜‰

Weekend Fun Gratitude
Family Day outs are the best. Day out at the park and the museum. Kids loved it, which made my wife and I happy, WIN/WIN! How has your weekend been so far?

We had a Defence Families day. It’s a good opportunity to meet other families. Jumping castles, trampolines, ball pit and rock climbing walls. Kids had a great time. Then took my older daughter swimming practice. She’s learning to dive and sprint today. It doesn’t matter how well she goes, she always leaves cranky, feeling she could’ve done better. So a lot of support is required following those lessons.

@Daniel Halls yeah she’s always after a treat. She normally wants Maccas but I never let her get it. She is really hard on herself, and it’s something Ash and I are really fine to manage. It’s in her personality structure.
For Those Who Don’t Know.
Those who may not be aware, the best way to get discovered on Skool is for the community to all jump onto conversations. Understandingly this is sometimes hard and you may not know what to say. Not to worry, lets play a little game to bring you in easy. Comment a GIF of your favourite animal. I’ll start us off

@Laila Belabbas There’s a horse farm on the Central Coast that releases around 100 horses every single afternoon to run from one paddock to another. The paddocks are about 500 m apart so they run through this open field to get there. It’s absolutely bloody spectacular to see and hear. On Saturdays they use it as a wedding destination and stand the bride and groom in the field while the horses run behind them. Makes for some pretty awesome wedding photos.
