Does anyone else struggle with ACV and stomach issues? I tried it yesterday and it upset my stomach. Thought it was a one off. So tried again today… nope! Still issues. What have you done to adjust your body to ACV???
End of week 3.. Small drop this week, only 0.4 kg … total loss in 3 weeks 2,6 kg. Still hitting my macros and hitting gym 5 days a week. Let’s see what week 4 brings.
