🔥 You Made It. Welcome to Progress is Progress! 🔥
First things first: you don’t have to fake it here. This isn’t another place for “perfect” recovery stories or polished life advice. This is the messy middle, the real talk, the place you show up in yesterday’s clothes and still get a seat at the table. I’m Belle—once a hot mess, now a coach, counselor, and unapologetic truth-teller. I started this space because I got sick of watching people shrink themselves to fit someone else’s idea of healing. You deserve better. We all do. Here, progress isn’t measured by days clean or boxes ticked. It’s the shaky mornings you get out of bed. It’s sharing something hard in the group when you’d rather hide. It’s every tiny, gritty, honest step forward—even when you fall back three. This is your space to vent, to brag, to ask for help, and to say the things you can’t say anywhere else. Whether you’re clawing your way forward, loving someone who is, or just need to know you’re not alone—you belong. So to the 68 (and counting!) brave souls in this crew: thank you for showing up. For being raw, for being real, and for making this little corner of the internet feel like home. Ready for unfiltered connection? For hard questions and harder truths? For celebrating the ugly wins and the silent victories? You’re in the right spot. No shame. No filters. Just progress—one imperfect day at a time. If you want more, dive into our Coaching Community or catch my daily, unfiltered dispatches at progressisprogress.substack.com. Let’s keep showing up. Let’s keep moving forward. Together. XOXO,Belle

My Timeline Is Mine—Comparison Is a Thief, and I Don’t Owe It a Damn Thing
Let’s be real: social media’s a highlight reel, not a diary. You see everyone else’s “wins,” and suddenly your own progress feels like it’s moving in slow motion. Ever catch yourself thinking, “Why am I not there yet?” Yeah, me too. But here’s the truth: you’re not late. You’re not behind. You’re right on time—your time. 🕰️✨ Comparison is a sneaky little thief. It’ll rob you blind if you let it—steal your pride, your peace, your progress. So today, let’s call it out: your journey is supposed to look different. If it didn’t, you wouldn’t be you. And honestly, the world needs what only you can bring. Let’s open up:When was the last time you compared yourself and felt like crap? (No shame here, we’ve all done it.) Or—what’s something you’re proud of that the “outside world” might miss, but it’s a big deal to you? Drop it below, and let’s celebrate the real milestones together. 🏅 And if you need a reminder that your story matters—yep, I’m here, and so is the Progress Is Progress crew. DM me, comment, or just lurk and soak up the support. We’re in this together. Today’s mission Share a small (or giant) win that only makes sense on your timeline. Let’s drown out comparison with real, messy, beautiful progress. Ready? Let’s light up the comments! 👇🌟

@Belinda Morey Hey, had a mini breakthrough yesterday, I cooked first thing! Gave it priority so I was set for the rest of the day. Ykw, it felt SO GOOD. Loving and kind to myself I guess. 😄🥰🩷

Day One Isn’t Weakness—It’s Proof You Refuse to Give Up
Let’s get brutally honest: nobody wakes up excited to start over. Sometimes life knocks you on your ass so hard, you don’t even remember how to stand up. But you know what? Every time you choose “Day One” instead of “I quit,” you’re telling the universe it doesn’t get to write your story. Not today. Not ever. 🥾✨ Day one in recovery, day one after relapse, day one after heartbreak, day one after you swore you’d never have to do this again… it all counts. It’s not weakness, it’s rebellion. It’s a giant middle finger to shame, guilt, and everyone who ever said you wouldn’t make it. 🖕🔥 I want to hear from my fellow “day one-ers”—what’s something you had to start over with (big or small)? What did your “day one” look like? Did you hate it? Did you surprise yourself? Drop your story below, or just type “Day One” if you’re in it right now and want a little crew to cheer you on. And remember, you don’t have to do this alone. If you need backup, the Progress Is Progress community is wide open, and my DMs are always safe. 💌 Today’s challenge:Share your “day one” or a reset you’re proud of—let’s show the world what real courage looks like. Your story could be someone else’s lifeline. Ready? Hit the comments and let’s get loud. 👇🚀

I've had to give up caffeine, chocolate, both of which I've done finally- very proud- currently doing sugar- it really messes me up and I'm too old now to say oh, it'll be okay - then next it's alcohol. !!! Dreading that one!!! My final harmful addiction. The cups of coffee, stimulants and sweet stuff all felt like crutches, support, but as I get older I'm practicing supporting myself. WIP tho, very much.

Triggered Into Success
The thing that used to trigger me worse than anything else? Lying. Playing people. Talked my way out of every situation I possibly could. Used to make stuff up like it was my job. Funny thing is, now I do talk for a living. But instead of letting my past trigger control me…I flipped it. Story time: When I was hustling, conning folks left and right—I knew how to sell. Not goods. People. I knew how to manipulate words, how to play people with emotion and feelings. The moment I started owning my story? I realized I could use those “skills” to do good. To actually help people with my gift of talking. Your past shit that broke you can be the very thing that you build your empire on. See something similar with you? I wanna hear about the trigger that made you stronger. Share your victory with me. Let’s celebrate!

I’m not “too much”. I’m just enough for the right people.
Stop Apologizing for Being “Too Much”— You Are Enough for the Right Person Have you ever been called “too much”? Too loud? Too honest? Too sensitive? Too messy? Too complicated? Too REAL? ? Yep. Me too. Here’s a crazy thought. What if you’re not too much at all? What if you’re PERFECTLY enough… and the people who can’t deal with you? Aren’t your people. Say that with me. You are not too much. You aren’t too much for the right people. You aren’t too much for the people who love you REAL, not muted. Flip that around. What if this world needs MORE of you “too much” and LESS of you shrink’d down? Let’s talk. What does being “too much” mean to you? Has someone tried to diminish you? Have you ever tried to diminish yourself? Have you ever met someone who looked at you and said…”hey…I like you JUST the way you are.” Leave it in the comments below! Really! Let’s make this the rawest, judgement-free comment section we got today. Let’s show every single person who’s ever been told they’re “too much” that they’re NOT ALONE. And that they NEVER have to apologize for who they are. Oh, and by the way if you need a space to just be YOU. Weirdness and all. The Progress Is Progress community is OPEN RIGHT NOW. DM me if you’d like to join or just say hi. I read every single one. QUIZ TIME: What was something you were told was “too much” about yourself that you now proudly flaunt? Comment below and lets fill this comment section with “too much” pride. You ready? 3….2….1…. GO. 👇

Hiding my light so I didn't shine was my whole childhood, and I still do it now. I'm still attracting people who get jealous and stuff but I'm learning how to handle things as I get older. 😊
