Hi everyone, I wanted to take a moment to wish you all a very Happy Easter. For me, this is a beautiful time to pause and remember the greatest gift we were ever given in Jesus—a season of hope, renewal, and deep gratitude. @Sharon Jones made a little easter message, which is a beautiful way to start your day. Beyond the celebrations, Easter always feels like a natural invitation to slow down. Our lives can get so busy, but I truly believe that when we intentionally carve out space to be still, we allow our hearts to hear what they’ve been needing. My encouragement for you this weekend:🫶 Take some time to move slowly. Whether it’s picking up your journal, starting a new project, or simply sitting in the quiet, I hope you find the space to create something that truly feeds your soul. There is such healing in the act of making. Let’s use this break to reconnect with our "why" and enjoy the gifts of creativity and peace. I'm off to dig out this old journal (see the video below) and spend some time creating within it's pages. I’d love to hear how you’re spending your intentional time this weekend. A writer isn't someone who has written a book! I have always been a writer - not an official Author, so to speak, but most definitely a writer. Creating space to write is part of my creative flow! There's something really special when words begin to flow onto paper with ease, and the cadence of the written word dances into a story, a poem, or just a simple journal entry. Let's kick off this Writer's Space with a little poll, and I'll also ask @Sharon Jones to share a beautiful poem she sent me this week in a separate post.
