FOOD AND NUTRITION
Hey Everyone I saw a great question pop up in here from @Roman Walde about food and tracking and the honest truth and answer is that nutrition doesnโ€™t have to be complicated, just intentional. For me, I keep it simple and consistent. These 5 foods are in my diet every single day: - ๐Ÿฅš Eggs - ๐Ÿฅฉ Beef - ๐Ÿš White rice - ๐Ÿฅ› Non-fat yogurt - ๐ŸŒพ Cream of rice Why? Because they cover my protein needs, keep digestion smooth, and fuel both my training and recovery. I donโ€™t overthink it I just simply eat for performance, clarity, and energy. I eat 1lb or ground beef. Cup of rice and 4 eggs twice a day. Everyday
WEEK 2: BREAK THE DRIFT
This Weekโ€™s Pillars are focused on building momentum and removing old habits. Pillar 1 - Fitness & Fuel 45-min workout with added intensity (heavier weights, more reps, or faster pace) / Eat only whole, unprocessed foods Pillar 2 - Mindset & Discipline 15 pages from a leadership/performance book Pillar 3 - Business & Income 5 revenue-driving actions one per day (push beyond comfort) Pillar 4 - Relationships & Leadership Initiate one deep conversation with a key person (not surface-level) Pillar 5 - Lifestyle & Standards End the day with 15 minutes of โ€œorderโ€ Tidy house/office, prep for tomorrow Note: Remember to drop your daily check-ins after each day. Got a contract signed yesterday, one agreed to sign today. I volunteered today got two more jobs in the pipeline. nutrition on point had a rest day.

I had hard conversations with 2 different people and ended the relationships. Iโ€™ve been grieving the loss. Processing it at the gym. Itโ€™s taken a while to wrap my head around letting these people go from my life but I know itโ€™s for the best even though it hurts ๐Ÿ˜ข
