Links Headline Hack
Your LinkedIn headline is costing you supply chain interviews. If your headline is just your job title, you're invisible to recruiters and your resume never gets opened. Here's the frightening truth: Supply chain recruiters don't browse profiles randomly. They search by keywords roles, functions, industries, and expertise. If those keywords aren't in your headline, your profile doesn't show up. And if your profile doesn't show up, neither does your resume. The fright: You could be the perfect fit for that Operations Manager role, that Supply Chain Director position, that Procurement lead opening. But your headline buried you before they even had a chance to see your experience. Weak headlines (career killers): · "Supply Chain Manager at [Company]" · "Operations Professional" · "Logistics Coordinator" These tell recruiters nothing about what you actually do. So they scroll right past. Strong headlines (recruiter magnets): · "Supply Chain Manager | Procurement & Strategic Sourcing | Demand Planning | Reducing costs, improving efficiency" · "Operations Leader | Warehouse Optimization | Cross-Functional Team Management | 15+ years driving operational excellence" · "Logistics Manager | Transportation | Freight & Fleet Management | End-to-end supply chain solutions" The formula: [Job Title] | [Key Functional Areas] | [Value Proposition] Why this matters for your career: When a recruiter searches for "Supply Chain Manager Procurement," guess whose profile shows up? Not the person who just wrote "Supply Chain Manager." That opportunity just passed them by and it could pass you by too. Drop your current title, your key functional areas (procurement, logistics, planning, etc.), and what you're known for. I'll rewrite your headline so recruiters actually find you and open your resume.

Resume tips
For front-end developers, a visually appealing portfolio isn't enough, it must clearly demonstrate impact and value. Recruiters and hiring managers look for more than UI skills. They want evidence of: - Improved user experience and conversion rates - Leadership in design-to-code collaboration - Innovative solutions that enhanced performance or accessibility - Contributions to open-source or community projects For example, instead of: "Created responsive web pages." Try: "Optimized CSS and React components, boosting page speed by 25% and improving mobile conversions by 15%." A strong front-end resume should balance technical skill with strategic results. If you’re unsure your resume reflects that, I’m happy to help optimize it for clarity, credibility, and results. Let’s make sure your next opportunity sees your full value. New Cargo Van Owner operator
Hello everyone, I hope you all are having a great day so far. I truly appreciate the opportunity to connect, network, and learn more about navigating the logistics industry. I am a new owner-operator with a cargo van based in Braselton, GA. My authority has been active for a little over 30 days, and I am fully FMCSA compliant. At the moment, I’m working to gain traction and secure consistent loads, so any advice, guidance, or opportunities would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Steven, for welcoming me into such a wonderful community. I look forward to learning from everyone here.
