Monsters from the past clicked with me. Yesterday I finished shredding (or dismantling and putting in confidential shredding bags) numerous A4 notebooks of Morning Pages a la Julia Cameron and The Artists Way dating back to 2002/3. It was a lot. Old memories, relationships, a lot of 'he said, she said' angst. I've tried to do this before, but now the time is right! They were not for others eyes. Just doing this took me back to places I have moved on from, they served no purpose. Today I feel a lightness. Also 2 more bags of books going to the charity shop, old ski wear, handbags. A rooting out on a scale I've never known before! 😀 A shifting, a change in the air 😀 xxx
