🎁 I Made $10K From a 90-Second Video I Almost Didn't Send
If you want to know how you can do the same stick around to the end of this post, give it a LIKE 👍and I'll show you exactly how you can copy what I did for yourself. The hardest part of starting an online business isn't finding clients. It's having something to sell them that they're actually looking for. Jay calls this the Foot-in-the-Door Offer. You know the feeling. You want to help businesses, you want to make money, but you don't have case studies yet. You're basically asking people to trust you based on... what exactly? And even worse, you're guessing at what they need instead of letting them tell you. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎄 Here's What Happened I sent a super simple white label SaaS video to a business owner who was referred to me by a former business associate. Nothing fancy. Just walked through a few different services I could help with. They wrote back asking about a service mentioned in the video that I had NO IDEA they were looking for. That one video turned into $10,000 in revenue generated. Not because the video was perfect. It was because it gave them a solution to a specific pain they were feeling at the time. This same Foot-in-the-Door strategy generated over $500K in revenue in the first year, and connected me with higher profile clients. If you've gone through Jay's Intro or Copywriting modules, you've heard him break down why foot-in-the-door offers work. This is that principle in action, you stop feeling like you're asking for a favor and start offering value. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎁 Your Christmas Gift From Me (And a Fellow Insider) If you're looking for a foot-in-the-door offer that actually works, with zero fulfillment, I want to help you kick off 2026 with a bang. Here's what we're doing: We'll give you a white-label video, messaging, + offer fulfillment that you can use. All you need to do is some outreach to prove to yourself that sending targeted messaging that solves a prospect's pain actually works...

✍️ DM Strategy - I went from $24K Per Month to $42K Per Month
🚫 Stop Sending DMs That Reek of Desperation (Steal This Cold Message That Actually Got a Reply) 95% of DMs being sent right now? 💩 They read like a Fiverr VA copy-pasted it from a 2021 YouTube tutorial. You know the ones… ❌ "Hey [First Name], I help busy founders scale to 6-figures using my proven 3-step system…" ❌ "Quick question for you... 👀" ❌ "I saw your profile and thought we might be a great fit!" If you've ever sent one of those, this is your intervention. Because you're not just being ignored—you're being categorized. 🧠 As forgettable. 🗑️ As background noise. 📉 As someone not worth replying to. 🧠 How I Flipped It, just like @Jay Feldman teaches. Instead of ignoring a guy who'd been DM'ing me like an amnesiac AI… And this guy is a fairly well established influencer with a sizable IG, YT & Skool Community. I sent this: Not gonna lie --> you've hit me with more "Hey Ian"s & "How's Biz?" than an MLM recruiter w/ amnesia 😂 Figured I'd wait to reply until I had something worth showing. In the last 12 months: 222 new customers. $572K in revenue. {SCREENSHOT PROOF} All from a similar offer and audience size to yours. Not saying you're leaving money on the table... But if you are, your weak ass DM game is probably why. ✌️☮️ Guess what happens next? 👀 He replied instantly. Then booked a call. 🧨 Why It Worked ✅ Pattern interrupt – Casual. Funny. Not trying to sell. ✅ Leads with proof – No bait. Just data. ✅ Curiosity over pitch – Hints at the gap without bragging. ✅ Reverses the dynamic – He chased me. 💥 Want to Write DMs Like This? Here's the formula: Open with a jab – playful, honest, bold Drop results – numbers > adjectives Create curiosity – no neediness, just a window Position yourself as the shortcut – without pitching Shut up and let them ask 👉 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 "𝘿𝙈𝙎𝙇𝘼𝙋" 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄'𝙡𝙡 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙅𝙖𝙮 𝘿𝙈 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙬𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝘿𝙈'𝙨 It using the exact method above. Stop Getting Ignored. No more spam. No more guessing.

@Camele Vo here is what I mentioned on the Clarity Call
How We 9X’d Meetings on LinkedIn Without Getting Banned
You’re capped at ~100 connection requests per week. So what do most people do? They try to push harder… Send faster… Stretch the limits… And end up getting restricted or flagged. Here’s the reality: You can’t scale LinkedIn with one account. Try to force it… And LinkedIn shuts you down. So what actually works? You stop thinking single account… and start thinking system. The approach we use 👇 Instead of sending from one profile… We use multiple pre-warmed LinkedIn accounts that look like real team members. • proper profile pictures • work history • existing connections • natural activity Everything LinkedIn expects to see. Now instead of: ➡️ 1 account → ~100 requests/week You get: ➡️ 10 accounts → ~900+ requests/week What this actually does You’re not just increasing volume… You’re: • spreading risk across accounts • protecting your main profile • scaling safely without triggering limits The result? We went from: ~10 meetings/week → to ~90 meetings/week Same offer. Same messaging. Just better infrastructure. This is how agencies actually scale LinkedIn outreach without burning accounts. Not hacks. Not shortcuts. Just the right setup. If you want to see exactly how this works and how to set it up properly… Comment “Aimfox” below 👇

The multi-account setup is the right move. Most people treat LinkedIn like a single pipeline when it's actually a network of touch points. One thing worth testing once you have this running: pair the LinkedIn connection sequence with a cold email touch on the same prospect. LinkedIn warms them up, email gives them a low-friction way to respond. Anyone here running both channels in parallel? Curious what your contact-to-reply rate looks like when you do.0
🚨 Every AI Tool You're Using Is Free. So Why Are You Still Broke?
I had a call this week with a guy who had Clay. He had Instantly. He had Apollo, Make.com, a verified list of 8,000 contacts, and more YouTube tabs open than I can count. He was still at zero clients. I asked him one question. "When you sit down to send that first campaign... what's going through your head?" He went quiet. Then: "Honestly? I'm scared it won't work." There it is. He didn't have a tool problem. He had an identity problem. Most people in this community are sitting on a loaded weapon they're afraid to fire. Not because they don't know how. Because somewhere between watching Jay's masterclass and opening Instantly... they decided the gap between them and a working campaign was knowledge. It's not. The gap is a decision. Jay just dropped the PDF post. The micro SaaS post. The event-signal targeting post. That's not a knowledge shortage. That's a buffet. The people eating aren't the ones with more tools. They're the ones who decided they were already the kind of person who sends the campaign. I built $1K MRR off a database Jay literally called garbage. Not because I had better data. Because I stopped asking whether it would work and started asking what I'd learn if it didn't. That shift is worth more than every Clay credit you'll ever buy. So here's the question I want you to sit with today: Are you still in "getting ready" mode? Or are you already the person who runs the system? Drop 🔥 in the comments if you're done getting ready. I read every one.

@Endy Cheung Those are two different problems. Lack of clarity means you haven't narrowed down enough. Pick one niche, one offer, one outreach channel. Fear disappears through reps, not through more thinking. The only way out of both is to send the first email. Which one is the bigger blocker for you right now?

@Camele Vo How many emails did you send yesterday?
From Spam to Inbox in 48 Hours 📩
I cut cold email spam placement by ~70% in 48 hours across multiple client domains. …WITHOUT tweaking the copy, sending volume, or inbox warmup settings. The problem: Most ESPs can see where a domain is registered. And if it’s commonly abused by spammers or associated with sketchy infrastructure… So even your “perfect” emails start at a disadvantage. The fix: Move your cold email domains to Cloudflare. Why? Because it: • masks your registrar • adds trusted infrastructure • makes your setup look more legit to inbox providers The setup we use 👇 Step 1: Move every cold email domain to Cloudflare. Cloudflare masks your original registrar and adds enterprise-level security that email providers trust, so you land in the right folder. Just go to cloudflare.com → create a free account. Click “Add a domain.” Paste the domain. Select the free plan. It will scan and import your DNS records automatically and give you two new nameservers. Copy both. Step 2: Update your nameservers. Inside your registrar (GoDaddy, etc.): Go to domain manager → find “nameservers” Switch from Default → Custom Paste the two Cloudflare nameservers Save. Step 3: Configure DNS records correctly. Go to Cloudflare → your domain → DNS. Add/import: SPF (TXT) DKIM (TXT / CNAME) DMARC (TXT) MX records Tip: turn OFF the proxy switch in Cloudflare for these. Step 4: Create a clean, masked redirect. Go to Cloudflare → Rules → Page Rules Create a new rule: URL pattern: www.your(cold-email)domain.com/* Setting: Forwarding URL Type: 301 (Permanent Redirect) Destination: https://www.your(main)domain.com/$1 If Cloudflare asks to create an "A record", just accept it. And that’s it. What this actually does • removes hidden trust issues • improves inbox placement • reduces spam flags significantly Most people obsess over: copy tweaks subject lines A/B tests …but ignore the foundation. Cold email isn’t just messaging.

@Saad Usman Most people go straight to the copy when deliverability tanks. Rewrite the subject line, change the sequence, test a new angle. Infrastructure is invisible until it isn't. That's exactly why this one catches people off guard.

@Scott Ledbury Cloudflare masks the registrar signal. It doesn't touch the sending IP. Your Infraforge mailboxes are going to spam because of the shared IP pool they're sending from, not your domain setup. Google and MS use their own trusted infrastructure. Infraforge shared IPs don't carry that same reputation. Fix is dedicated IPs on those mailboxes, a proper warmup, or cut the volume per mailbox until the reputation stabilizes.
