Real question regarding two managers (big guys) competing.
Coming back from my Japan trip, where I am processing about 1200 pages of notes, one question popped up right now and I want your feedfback. One root cause is this: There is "no one way of doing things (like how do we manage ourselves and manage others)". The mission and goal is clear but the change causes conflict.... thus we have one owner and one operator coming in to both have the same goal to improve the company. So what do we do -- this is a question I need help on. Now imagine this. You and I are both project managers. But when we start working, things get crossed or miscommunicated. What we agreed to happened, but then other people, who were following the other person, keep on doing things the old way. But we expect the other to “follow” and follow the rules of the other project managers’ way of doing things. How do we reconcile this? How do we determine who does what? Or areas of responsibilities? And then double check with the other to make sure that the split works? Rather than one feeling like they’re doing 100% vs 50% — is it easier or better to get a 3rd service/support/make something new so it helps get everything to be done faster, easier, done etc. The simpliest GRAFT/implementation is to just let the other managers work, and they just get drowned out of illrelevancy. The CEO not using AI vs n operator (us) joinining and out performing them by so much that they literally give up. But this is also in conflict of things that are non digital like "We should clean X room, or Decide on what Y time to do our company meeting, or Z we need to get rid things from task app A to task app B because of the whims of the CEO wanting to feel like their needs are met. This feels like stuff I'd ask for myself, but this pattern is what I see in other dysfunctional ceos and teams. Thoughts? plz

2026-04 ACT 2 Proposal, Bounties, Milestones, Open Roles
QUEST Community Governance Proposal Status: Open for Discussion (1-week comment period)Ratified by: All voting members + standing senators (revenue-producing leaders) 1. Voting Rights All paying members get one vote. Proposals are ratified by standing senators (revenue-producing leaders of the organization). 2. Bounties & Compensation Bounties are paid as phantom equity (slices) — think of them like a coupon bond that pays out whenever the company makes money, for as long as you're actively contributing. If you're willing to trade time and demonstrate revenue-capturing throughput, you'll be compensated the same as anyone else in the organization. 3. Current Milestones # Milestone Status 1 Finish QUEST OS Workbook + Training ~90% done 2 Business owner case studies ~80% done (editing) 3 100 local practitioner case studies ~5% done Note: Anyone using the workbook can and should become a case study. 4. Open Roles: DM Outreach The opportunity: Build an AI-assisted outreach system. Each account sends 30–40 DMs/day. With ~1 hour of work, we see ~10 joins/day per account. The math: One worker running 10 accounts → ~100 joins/day. Pair with a free group onboarding funnel ($27/mo or $300/yr) at 40% commission — enough for a decent living. 5. Treasury - Liquid: $1,000+ (covers 12+ months burn at current rate) - Illiquid assets: $50k+ - Reimbursement policy: Cash requests are reimbursed at a 4:1 ratio, paid out over 12 months as phantom equity slices. Your percentage is based on the total pool. - All paid (voting) members decide how treasury funds are spent. - 6. Culture: Daily Check-ins To build a culture of execution, every active contributor checks in once per day — async, 90 seconds, any channel (Skool, Discord, or DM to your lead). Format: What you did → What you'll work on → What's blocking you. The standard: One project at a time. Finish before starting the next. If you're blocked, ask for help or find a different path through. Accountability: Anyone claiming inner-circle status without contributing will be removed and lose their slices.

Addendum 8 Consider earmarking $600 for one Mac Mini for full team use. Right now our IT runs only whenever my macbook is enabled/connected to the internet. Kind of sucks if I need to move or travel. But it works reallllly fucking well. Anyone on our Discord / coworking sessions can ammount to this. a full time, dedicated AI Agent Infrastrastrastrucruree, e.g. a Mac Mini ($600) or something similar. RN, its giga, can run enough agents for a 10 human 10 person team, to work and do whatever.I currently have a $100/mo Oauth Anththropic account, but they may or may not cut that and move to a local model Perks: Can run AI code + process AI and have the start of our own AI system running automatically, running and updated by anyone in the world via a Pull request. An example of one such app

Addendum 9 Early funding - get to $3000/yr ARR. Right now pre funding rn is at $27/mo. If I reach 100 27/mo people, (or 10 people at $300/yr) e.g. get to $3000 that is enough for me to breathe, and focus 100% on this, and not need to worry. All funds here will be used and kept in the treasury per the treasury rules posted earlier -- where all voting members (e.g. all paid members) get to decide how treasury funds get used.
Massive 2026 Q2 Update after our Japan trip
In Japan, they live and breathe Lean. Everything is uber fast -- not just the trains, not just the factories, but every small facet. Markets, street shops, and even traffic light professionals. I've recorded about 3000 videos that I'm editing on how to apply Lean in business and get the best of us to meet and cowork. So far I have ~ 4 people interested for a full and private and free cohort. Requirements 1) Get to 5+ Dual N Back 2) Complete the training in full workshop and complete the soon to be posted workbook 3) Build your own AI Operating Machine (aka your own private AI Waifu) that literally knows everything about you, your hopes, dresires, problems, and fantasies and helps you get and keep them Like I have said, this will take a few months. I have curated some resourfes, but as soon we turn on the engines, free public gates will close for good. (You cam still lurk, just can't interact and take our time to ask for help). Our income so far -- We have ough runway to run for anoher 3+ months. We've doubled in size each month since January, so I'm switching from "barter to cash" using the 100M Models. We have open roles, and positiond oprn, snf snouy 200+ buinedds owners I WISH I can refer others to but people haven't even started or made any progress on A, B, C. And expect a 100,000yr job to be handed to them+ control someone elses business baby w/o any training. New perspective. I'll eventually tour some Isreal or US based factories to see how they operate. But if you haven't read the books, commented, or hung out, or started working on uour own or others biz yet, you are behind and will be culled out of the group to make way for the people who do want to make sure they aren't part of the permanent underclass...

@Francesco Mazzilli Yo. If I'm trying to run this, should I start with just an empty vault? Like clean folders? One folder? Or do I just start and explain what I got, and then go up from there? How would you process 10000 notes? I could either feed it context e.g. maps of content, e.g. everything about X concept area, or feed it objects of notes e.g. "heres all my writings" or "Heres all of my book source notes" or "here's all of my daily notes" and do what it wants with them each one at a time

Unironically, this was Openclaw before it was openclaw. To feed an AI agent a bunch of markdown notes that it remembers.
(Quick Playbook) People are posting $1,000–$5,000 jobs on Upwork right now that AI can do in hours.
People are posting $1,000–$5,000 jobs on Upwork right now that AI can do in hours. Here's the playbook: Step 1: - Search "robotic process automation" on Upwork. - These are businesses paying real money for clunky, outdated automation. Step 2: - Grab the job description. - Paste all that context into Claude or OpenClaw. - Let it build you a working demo. Step 3: - Send the proposal with the demo attached. - You just skipped the line.

Basically: 1) Find a problem 2) Make a prototype 3) wait for it to finish 4) send it to them to get a on a meet 5) walk through my no-brainer offer (25% of new revenue to break bottlenecks) 6) ??? 7) Profit!

Got a process that works? I write processes & staff them using the QUEST framework. The last 6 businesses I touched did between 2-8x (up to 150k/mo)
