How She’s Climbing The Skool Games Leaderboard Fast
Episode 3 of The Online Community Show is out now. πŸŽ™οΈ In this episode, we sit down with @Victoria Gallagher, the creator of Manifestation Mastery Skool, and break down what is actually working inside her community right now. If you are building a Skool community and want stronger engagement, better retention, and members who are actually getting results, this is worth your time. This episode breaks down what is working inside a community that is actively climbing the Skool Games leaderboard. She started her Skool community as paid from the beginning and now.. - She has the star ⭐ - She is about to unlock the rocket πŸš€ - She is making a serious push to win Skool Games πŸ† What stood out most is how intentional the structure is. She is not relying on people to stay motivated. She built simple systems that help people follow through. There is a daily accountability post where members commit to revenue generating actions and check back in. Members are paired so there is built in support and visibility. Wins are posted daily, including money wins, so people start recognizing progress. The environment is kept focused so energy stays on what people are working toward. This is what is driving real results, including members increasing income and working toward consistent $10K months! A big takeaway from this episode is this: If your community depends on motivation, it will slow down. If your community is structured for consistent action, people follow through. Watch Episode 3 here: How She’s Climbing The Skool Games Leaderboard Fast Helping Others Break Money Mindsets πŸ‘‡ What is something in your community right now that actually helps your members follow through consistently?

Skool VAT Update for European Members | Higher Price at Checkout
I want to give you a heads up on something you may start noticing, especially if you have members joining from Europe. Some European customers will now see VAT added at checkout. This can make the final price higher than what’s shown on your About page. For example, someone might see $199, but when they go to pay, the total is higher based on their country’s tax rate. The percentage is not the same for everyone. You might see 19%, 20%, 21% or other variations depending on where the customer is located. This is happening because Skool is acting as the merchant of record, which means they are required to collect VAT for many EU customers based on the customer’s location. As Andrew Kirby shared: β€œYour new customers will have this information on their invoice. Previous customers won't show VAT on them because Skool is responsible for VAT on all those existing payments and was paying for it out-of-pocket while we setup our system and registered for sales tax collection in the EU.” πŸ“£ A few important things to know: This applies to EU customers, not all of Europe UK customers are not affected in the same way This applies to new customers going forward The VAT will show on their invoice Previous customers will not suddenly see VAT added to past payments The tax is based on the customer’s location, not yours This is not an extra fee being taken from you The main thing to be aware of is the buyer experience. If someone expects one price and then sees a higher total at checkout, it can create confusion or hesitation, especially if you are marketing with phrases like β€œONLY $199” and that is not what they end up paying. Nothing you need to change right now, but it’s worth knowing so you are not caught off guard if someone asks. That is why I'm making this post. πŸ‘‡ Have you had any members mention this yet?

The First Thing to Do Before Launching a Skool Community
About a week ago, Mark Novikov released a video to help people who are building a Skool community get clear on something that sounds simple but is actually one of the most important parts of the whole process. Your one sentence offer. I wanted to share the video here because even if you watched it, a lot of times we move on without actually doing the exercise. We consume the information and then jump to the next thing. Remember that knowledge without implementation is just entertainment. This is one of those moments where it is worth actually pausing the video and doing the work. When you force yourself to put your community into one clear sentence, it changes how you think about everything you are building. It sharpens the promise. It makes your message clearer. It makes it easier for someone landing on your about page to instantly understand what the community is about. That clarity ends up impacting not only your About page, but also your posts, your classroom content, and even how you talk about your community when someone asks what you do. If people clearly know and understand, then they can make a decision like joining your community. So if you already watched the video, take a minute and actually do the exercise. If you haven't yet, then watch it, subscribe to Mark on Youtube because he puts out helpful Skool videos, and then do the exercise! Once you're done, write the one sentence that explains what your community helps people do below! πŸ‘‡ Do you have your one sentence yet?
