Hello all! My name is Joe and am based in Dorset, UK. I do relationship coaching around attachment stuff. I also started teaching breathwork a couple years ago, after learning with someone wonderful I used to live by in Portugal called Michaël. I've done a year long somatic coaching course with Alyssa Nobriga where I first got introduced to deeper breath sessions. Then I paused the breath stuff for a while, but now am looking to restart and I'm looking for in-person training events and shared mentorship so I can be insured as some companies require a set number of in-person hours. I'm also interested in learning more about fascia and the body. I'm a student of A course in Miracles and am extremely excited to meet some wonderful people here
