What's your WARM UP?
WHAT’S YOUR WARM-UP? Hey, I miss y’all. For real. It’s good to tap back in with this group. I’ve been in a heavy season... pressure, production, building, but I want to make sure I’m still giving you something practical, not just inspirational. Let’s talk about the zone. The zone is that state where everything clicks. Where your mind is clear. Your confidence is stable. Your creativity flows. Your focus locks in. It’s where distraction dies and execution lives. Athletes call it being “locked in.” Creatives feel it when ideas just start pouring. In the Spirit, it’s that place where you’re aligned, sensitive, and moving with clarity and power. The zone is not random. It’s entered. And what I’m learning is this: You don’t just show up in the zone… you warm up into it. Before any great performance, there’s preparation. Before any deep focus, there’s alignment. Before any productivity, there’s a ritual. So here’s the question: What’s your warm-up? What do you do to get your mind right? Your spirit focused? Your body ready? Is it prayer? Music? Silence? Movement? Journaling? Or are you just trying to jump straight into performance without preparation? I want you to become a master of entering the zone on demand. Because the people who win in life aren’t just talented… They know how to get ready on command. 👇🏾 Drop it in the chat: What’s your warm-up routine before you step into your assignment?

My warm up is worship music, prayer and journaling. For work my warm up are, worship music, writing my tasks out for the day, and reading a little note that says what’s in my control and comparing to what is not.
Thank You for Your Patience.
Family, I want to take a moment and just say… thank you. This has been a season of pressure and productivity at the same time. Building this one-man show, leading my family, pastoring, traveling, pouring into people… it’s been a lot. Not in a complaining way, but in a stretching, evolving, “God is doing something” kind of way. And through all of it, I’ve felt your grace. Your patience. Your consistency. I don’t take that lightly. I really love doing life with you all. For real. And I want more time with you. I want more moments where we can lock in, teach, build, sharpen, and grow together. We’re overdue for another class, and trust me, it’s coming ASAP. But I don’t just want to meet… I want you ready. I want your focus there, your bandwidth there, your spirit engaged. ARE YOU READY? Because what we’re building requires more than attendance… it requires alignment. But let me say this clearly… I want you with me. Not just in theory. Not just in spirit. But in the room. Have you gotten your ticket to the one-man show yet? This is not just an event. This is the next stage of my evolution. This is me stretching creatively, spiritually, emotionally—bringing everything God has put in me into one experience. If you’re in Atlanta, I need you front row. If you’re out of town, I need you online. I want my people there. I want you to see it. Feel it. Experience it. Because we’re not just talking about growth… We’re stepping into it. Thank you again for your patience. We’re building something real. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/good-grief-a-one-man-show-by-bryan-meadows-tickets-1981350104499?aff=oddtdtcreator

Upgrade Your Prayer Life
A Prayer Secret That Has Revolutionized My Prayer Life There was a time when I thought prayer worked like a gym schedule. You clock in. You put in your reps. You clock out. And I believed the more “blocks” of prayer I had, the more spiritual, disciplined, and devoted I was. But then I ran into something Jesus said that completely disrupted my framework: Luke 18:1 — “Men ought always to pray and not faint.” Not sometimes. Not in scheduled moments. Always. That statement forced me to rethink everything. I began to realize there’s a difference between: - Concentrated Prayer (set-apart, intentional time with God) - Continual Prayer (ongoing awareness of God throughout your entire day) And when I understood that God is omnipresent, that I never actually leave His presence, my prayer life shifted from an activity… to a lifestyle. Now prayer isn’t something I start and stop. It’s something I live in. I can pray all day, not just with my mouth, but with my awareness. - When I complete a task → “Thank You for the strength.” - When I think about my goals → “Lord, be glorified in this.” - When I’m driving → I acknowledge Him. - When I feel pressure → I lean into Him in real time. This is what it means to walk with God. This is what it means to pray without ceasing. 🔑 5 Principles to Unlock Continual Prayer 1. Shift from “Talking to God” to “Living with God” 1 Thessalonians 5:17 — “Pray without ceasing.” Prayer is not just communication—it’s communion. You’re not visiting God… you’re living with Him. 2. Awareness is the Gateway to Unceasing Prayer Proverbs 3:6 — “In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” Prayer becomes powerful when God is no longer a moment… but a mindset. Acknowledgment activates interaction. 3. Turn Ordinary Moments into Spiritual Conversations Colossians 3:17 — “Whatever you do… do all in the name of the Lord Jesus.” Every moment carries potential for prayer. Work becomes worship. Tasks become thanksgiving. Movement becomes meditation.

Prayer is everything. This is great information. I enjoy talking to God and give him his Honor as well as being Thankful.
