Let Yourself Be Seen
One of the biggest takeaways from this past week wasn’t just the conversations or the opportunities. It was this: When you allow yourself to fully show up… people respond. Not to a perfected version of you. Not to you trying to fit in. To you being clear, confident, and real about who you are and what you bring. That’s where connection happens. And here’s what I want you to take from this week. You don’t need a cruise. You don’t need a room full of 500 people. You don’t need a massive opportunity to start practicing this. You have moments every day. Conversations. Decisions. Opportunities to speak up, share, contribute, or lead. The question is… Are you showing up in those moments as someone who is fully owning her value? Or are you holding back just a little? This week wasn’t about becoming someone new. It was about recognizing that when you step into your power, even in small ways, things begin to shift. So today, celebrate that. Celebrate where you spoke up. Where you showed up. Where you chose not to shrink. That’s the work. 💬 Where did you allow yourself to be seen this week? 🌟

Not Everyone Needs to Know You
There were over 500 people on that cruise. And for a moment, I felt it...that pressure to meet everyone, work every room, be everywhere at once. Then I got clear again. I don’t need all 500. I need to meet only the right ones. The CEOs I can create transformation for. The connectors who can introduce me to decision-makers. That changed everything. Necessity wasn’t to do more. It was to focus better. Because when you try to reach everyone, you dilute your energy. When you focus on the right people, your impact sharpens. Stop spreading yourself across everyone. Start going deep with the few who actually matter right now. 💬 Where are you giving energy to people or things that aren't aligned with your actual goals?

Getting Comfortable Being Uncomfortable
Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Because none of what you desire happens if you stay comfortable. Choose the words, "I get to" instead of "I have to" I got to play full out. I got to manage my energy, my thoughts, and my feelings. I got to communicate clearly so people understood who I am, what I do, and who I serve...in only twenty seconds on stage in front of those 500. I got to step into conversations even when it felt awkward at first. Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable is discipline. Not having the perfect words every time. But showing up again and again, and letting it stretch you. Because that's where you get to grow. 💬 Where are you holding back because it feels uncomfortable… and what would it look like to lean in instead?

When Imposter Syndrome Shows Up
Let me be honest. I walked into that space and immediately felt like the smallest fish in a very big pond. These people think differently and they are doing massive things. And for a moment, that voice showed up. “Do you really belong here?” “Are you enough for this room?” Sound familiar? But instead of fighting it, I reframed it. Of course I feel this way! This is what growth feels like. This is what proximity to success feels like. So I didn’t try to shrink it or ignore it. I chose to show up anyway. And I showed up as myself. Doing what I love and what I know I’m good at. Serving at a level that speaks for itself. 💬 When you feel like the smallest one in the room, what do you tell yourself… and is it helping you show up or hold back?

I Went In With Intention
Last week I was on the San Juan Social Club cruise with over 500 entrepreneurs. Many of them were running 7- and 8-figure businesses. And before I even stepped on that ship, I got clear. I wasn’t there to just “network.” I wasn’t there to casually meet people and see what happened. I set an intention for those seven days. I wanted to understand... Who they are. What they do in the world. What their biggest challenges are. And where I could genuinely add value. Whether that looked like workshops, podcast conversations, or speaking opportunities, I knew why I was there. That clarity mattered. Because when you walk into a room like that without intention, you drift. When you walk in with intention, you move differently. 💬 When you step into a room, a week, or an opportunity… how clear are you about why you’re there?
