Im a residential contractor in Atlanta. Iām Working towards scaling my business without killing my self. I have a team of subcontractors that have been working for me for the last 7-10 years. Looking for best practices and ways to scale using AI.
Hey Juan, Quick background on me... I own a real estate development and investment firm, and also an AI firm where we're building voice solutions for residential contractors. So I may be able to answer some of these questions. 1) When you say you're working towards scaling your business without killing yourself, what exactly do you mean? When it comes to handling leads, people typically don't even know AI voice exists and if they do they don't realize how good it's become. Once they experience it, they're usually blown away and see where it may fit for them. 2) Are you currently using looking into AI systems that feel a bit generic? We build them custom because everyone's needs are different. For a voice agent to be most effective it needs to be built specifically for your business and trained on your information, your processes, and understand your specific desired outcomes. Generic voice agents are extremely limited in what they can really do for you. 3) I'm curious how many people are actually using these tools vs. how many know they should be but haven't pulled the trigger yet. I use it myself yes --- I built an Ai voice receptionist named Sara who takes calls 24|7, never misses a call, sounds like a human, and can book people on your calendar (or anything else a human reception can do). If you want to chat her up... call her here (323) 370-4801 and throw her a curve ball but itās going to knock to your socks off.
