This Stack Burns Fat AND Boosts Your Cells (Way Beyond Retatrutide Alone)
Here’s a simple way to understand the difference between using retatrutide alone vs combining it with MOTS-c Retatrutide on its own is extremely effective for fat loss because it works primarily by reducing appetite and improving insulin sensitivity. You eat less, your body burns more, and weight comes down. But most of that effect is driven by caloric restriction and hormonal signaling, not necessarily by improving how your cells produce and use energy. That’s where MOTS-c changes the equation. MOTS-c works at the mitochondrial level, helping your cells become more efficient at using fuel. It activates AMPK, improves glucose uptake into muscle, and enhances metabolic flexibility — meaning your body gets better at switching between burning carbs and fat. So when you combine the two: - Retatrutide controls how much energy comes in - MOTS-c improves how efficiently that energy is used This creates a more optimized fat loss environment. Instead of just losing weight from eating less, you’re also: - Improving cellular energy production - Supporting better workout performance - Encouraging nutrient partitioning toward muscle - Reducing the “low energy” feeling that can come with aggressive calorie deficits Another important point — retatrutide alone can sometimes lead to metabolic slowdown over time (as the body adapts to lower calories). MOTS-c helps counter this by keeping metabolic signaling active through AMPK. So the real difference looks like this: Retatrutide alone = strong appetite suppression + weight loss Retatrutide + MOTS-c = appetite control + mitochondrial optimization + better overall metabolic function It’s essentially the difference between: - “Losing weight" vs “Improving how your body produces and uses energy while losing fat” For those focused on performance, body composition, and long-term metabolic health, that distinction matters.

Very timely post as I get ready to take the leap with a reta stack. Thank you!
Nobody Understands Peptide Dosing Until This Simple Trick
Peptides start as a powder that must be mixed with water so you can measure them in a syringe. Once mixed, you divide the total amount into the syringe units to know how many micrograms are in each unit, which tells you exactly how much to draw for your dose. MY STACK (Down 100lbs)
You guys--- I have taken semiglutide & tirzepitide in the past & when I tell you the combo of RETA & MOTS-C has been a game-changer! I have been on Reta & MOTS-C for 4 months now. My inbody scans show consistent body fat loss and muscle growth. All while still losing weight. Eating 120+g of protein every day, & have one "cheat" meal a week. I am weight lifting at 3x/week & just started implementing cardio 2-3x a week for at least 20 mins. If you are on Reta, you need to try adding Mots-C! What do you guys think??

Question for you, what are you eating before dinner for all your protein! I struggle in the morning in the daytime to get it in. And most of it comes at dinner.

Pep Stack Help
Hey guys looking to do an order but wondering about what to stack i think my order is a bit much and want to make it more minimal So my challenge for my stack✨ I'm a 35 plus-year-old mum ready to feel better — supporting my body the right way. ✨ I want: 💪 more energy 🍃 a healthy body and sustainable weight loss 🌟 glowing, balanced skin 🧠 clarity for my ADHD 💆‍♀️ calmer anxiety But I’m not into growth hormone-type solutions or harsh stimulants. I just started on Reta and GHK CU What peptide stack would you recommend?

@Travis Dickey thanks for this reply. I have been teetering back-and-forth between adding either.NAD++ or Mots-c to the reta for a stack. fatigue/energy is my biggest challenge and need some focus.
GLP-1s Don’t Just Change Your Appetite — They Change Your Desires
We usually talk about GLP-1s in terms of weight loss and appetite control. But what’s not talked about enough is what happens to your cravings — not just for food, but for everything. People are reporting things like: - Suddenly not wanting alcohol - Losing interest in smoking - No urge to binge shop online - Skipping their daily coffee habit - Even stopping nervous habits like nail biting That’s not willpower. That’s neurobiology. GLP-1 receptors aren’t only in the gut. They’re also located in key areas of the brain that control reward and motivation — especially the nucleus accumbens and the ventral tegmental area. These are the same dopamine pathways involved in: - Addiction - Compulsive behaviors - Habit loops When GLP-1 receptor agonists activate these areas, they appear to blunt the dopamine surge that drives reward-seeking behavior. In simple terms: The “pull” toward the behavior gets weaker. Whether that behavior is: - Overeating - Drinking - Nicotine - Impulse spending - Late-night snacking The volume on the craving turns down. Researchers are now studying GLP-1 receptor agonists for: - Alcohol use disorder - Substance use disorders - Compulsive and OCD-related behaviors The early findings are promising and biologically plausible. So I’m curious — What’s the most unexpected thing a GLP-1 made you lose interest in? Drop it below. I think this conversation is going to surprise a lot of people.

Well, I can definitely attest to the fact that it is not impacting my shopping habit, as I’m sipping my coffee on my Amazon app.😂😂😂alcohol yes and since it coincided with us doing dry January, it’s all worked out well. Not a bad thing.
