So I read somewhere that when you upload videos, you should schedule it 24 hours later to publish to allow youtube time to analyze and find the correct viewers to recommend to. Does anyone actually do this or do you just publish after uploading?

I posted 3 long-form videos and 15 shorts this month. The numbers are moving in the right direction, but there’s a specific lesson in the data I didn't expect. Most experts say to double down on the long-form game. However, my highly edited shorts are showing much stronger performance, growth, and retention. More importantly: I enjoy making them. I’ll finish this challenge tomorrow, but my strategy moving forward is shifting. I’m tuning out the "expert" noise and following the evidence. The short game is working for me, so that's where I'm headed.

Hey everyone, I've lost countless hours and days over the past few months trying to solve this teleprompter issue and it's preventing me from getting my videos done which is incredibly frustrating and I'm no closer to getting a solution. First of all, I realize I can use bullet points, but not really because I do super in depth videos with specific historical info that I need a script for, so I don't need that suggestion. The trouble I'm running into is there is only one app I know that allows me to use my own phone camera, so that's fine (it's floating) but it won't let me touch the screen if I need to scroll back without messing everything up. But it also won't let me connect to some sort of bluetooth remote to control it. So I look into physical teleprompters but I still need an app to control the scroll. Plus I already spent all this money on getting my phone set up perfectly and if I have to buy a physical teleprompter to use my phone with that goes down the drain. I cannot find an answer. I need to be able to use my own phone camera and control the scroll without it interrupting the video. Help please! TIA

As I have pivoted my niche to teaching how to start a gift basket business, I am seeking your opinion💡​, and why you choose which logo (in the comments). Honestly, I am torn because I love them both. My goal is that the logo appeal to my target audience and what logo will resonate with them most. (I will not know who they are until they start to see my videos.) I have already asked my past clients and people who have known that this niche has been my passion all along. Quick Niche Background: The channel will focus on teaching design techniques, business startups, and business aspects of starting and growing a profitable gift basket business.
