Hi Tribers! @Mark Eldridge shared this video (in this comment) and I thought it deserved his own post! The drummer is insane!!!!!!!! The bongos are oh so good! The guitars - all of them - of course, incredible!!! Full blown flow state is ON!!! For everyone! Not just for the musicians! How do you gather 400000 (yes, I didn’t put an extra zero or two like I do w my exclamation points lol) - 400k people - in one place, BEFORE social media? Whoever was alive back then, can you explain us this?? Also, did you go?? I was still in my daddy’s balls back then 😂 The year, get this!!! 1969! 69 baby!!!! 💓😂💓💓💓 that’s couldn’t have be more perfectly orchestrated! P.S. we are in Nevada now, 10 more hours to go… saw some really cool sh1t…. That cannot be experienced when flying: wild horses!! Wild donkeys and cows! Largest military ammunition base, beautiful landscapes, snow on very stip slopes…

Hi V1B1N Tribers! I want to introduce you all to @Scott Perrie and his amazing family band called Winsome Kind. We met Scott and Leora, and their beautiful community while on our quest - in search of the role we would play in building bridges between conscious communities, while out west , on Salt Spring Island. When we heard their music - we immediately knew that these were the frequencies of the New Earth, and the LOVE and UPLIFTMENT we experienced while listening to them share their original songs felt like a call to return HOME. Their songs are uplifting and inspiring - and they just released their first Childrens/Family Album 2 days ago - and have a listening party today at 5PM EST! hi Tribers! You probably heard it before… but it’s worth looking into it as a habit breakdown. Ra-ra motivation wears out and then what? Back to square one. Relatable? I believe that playing piano taught me not just how to relax and meditate, taking a brake from everything else, but also - consistency and discipline. And I practice these daily. They aren’t just one and done with… like brushing your teeth… it’s called maintenance. I brush and floss twice a day - not cuz I like it but cuz it’s good for me. Same w physical activity, getting into my Joy Zone by playing music, meditation and here is this: 🤯 I GET UP AT 4am every morning!!!! To a lot of people this is mindblowing. I don’t do it because I am an “early person”. I am not!!!!!!!!! I’d sleep until noon! And I have… I do it to practice my discipline (just like my cold showers, I strongly dislike cold btw) and consistency. This beats absolutely anything else when it comes to your Joy and Success!!!!! But step further, let’s not even talking about competition here. I wouldn’t say it beats it but more like - amplifies EVERYTHING that is good for you and you want more of. My Spanish lessons are another example. I do them daily for 777 days straight now and I am normally winning their highest level each week… But for me, it isn’t the winning that I am on top of the diamond league’s tournament competing against others, that drives me - but it’s the fact that I showed up another day and did my best. So I am competing w myself only, and am better than yesterday - every day… How you do one thing is how you do everything. Consistency & discipline are habits that we build. If I can do it - you can, too… look into it. You can’t just use the lame excuse “oh I am not disciplined enough to be consistent” - that’s BS!!!! I am naturally very inconsistent & the opposite of disciplined…. I do practice these daily cuz I am getting better at them!!! Just like everything else (practicing an instrument, for example) - you get better w practice….
