Just checking in with all the parents out there... Do you talk to your kids about careers they might like to do when the are older?

I just sat and watched the minions movie with the kids (for the 100th time) but today I just chuckled away at the movie like a kid myself. Funny movie Love the “King Bob” part. Kids chuckled when we watch it also yelling “King Bob” What’s your Kids Movie go to?

The best ones aren’t the biggest. They’re the ones where people actually show up for each other. Where someone asks a question and a few people jump in to help. Where people share lessons from work, wins from the week, or even the stuff that didn’t go so well. That’s the kind of space I’m trying to build inside Make Human Skills Matter. A place for people who want to get better at the human side of work. Communication. Leadership. Handling tricky conversations. Building confidence with people. No pressure. No ego.
