It was all through helping new and existing members engage in community posts and level up to gain classroom access was another bonus. This past week, I participated in a Top 10 Leaderboard Challenge for engagement in two communities my friend runs. A few of you are from those communities. In the two communities, I lead a majority of the days in one community and was given the title, Summit Ambassador. In the course, I will share with you my experiences and tips. You can make this happen in 7-days, 30-days and All Time Leaderboards depending on your authentic posts and time you put into the conversations. Some communities do not take a lot of time. These two communities have A LOT of members and many were new members. So engaging content was easier helping new people navigate Skool Community and Classroom categories. The WHY you are here. This is not about gaming the system. You don’t want to be removed from a community for violations of the host’s policies. Share about your community when asked by the host. For those new to Skool, when your posts / comments get likes, Skool calculates that in a 7-day, 30-day, and All Time Leaders number for ranks. At the top of the toolbar, you’ll see a Leaderboard in all communities unless the host owner hides it. Engagement is how Skool will promote your community too. Each community is assigned a category too. This community went live today with accepting members and I started in 4k and now am at 3.1k. That’s one day with 9 members and high engagement. I’ll be sharing my stats on this community so you can see its growth happen in real time. I’ve been a member in communities since December 2024 and Skool owner of two other communities (one active since January 2026 - My Amazon Life Circle and another I still need to setup foundation content on culinary aromatherapy) learning how to make connections and make great people in communities.
