Agents, I just got out of a training and the stats are out. 2026 is projected to have 14% MORE sells in 2026 and 20% LESS agents. This means, the opportunity to take market share is ABUNDANT. This means, if you just stay consistent there is a chance your business could increase upwards of 42% Math: If the market had 100 transactions, that becomes 114. The number of agents is expected to drop 20 percent.If there were 100 agents, that becomes 80. When you combine those two shifts: 114 transactions divided by 80 agents equals 1.425 transactions per agent. That is a 42.5 percent increase in what the average agent can produce!
