Thinking of starting a dog walking business
I'm more interested in that brokering idea. I wonder if I can manage connecting the people who need services to service providers. Anyone have any experience here?

Jess appreciation post
Just wanted to take a moment to shout out this community and also jess. Jess has to be one of the most trustworthy and solid people I've ever met. She's helped a lot with my business and I can't even begin to say enough things about that. If you happen to view this post. Do me a favor and just go all in. Just do it. You wont regret it.
So, what’s broken today? 😞
Is anyone else being driven mad by the constant stream of little things that need replacing in their business? 😩 It honestly feels like every single day something else is broken, missing, worn out or needs topping up: 🧽 another sponge 🧺 more towels 🧼 cleaning bits 🛠️ something snaps or stops working 🌀 washing machine issues 🪣 squeegees, mops, cloths… again Individually they’re tiny costs. But when it’s happening daily, it’s exhausting financially and mentally. It’s not even the money half the time… it’s the relentlessness of it. Like you can’t get ahead because there’s always one more thing to repair, replace or reorder. Running a business really is just: “What’s broken today?” 😂 How do you guys manage this without losing your mind? Do you budget for it properly or just absorb it as part of the chaos?

💛 Quick Update From Me – I’ve Missed You All!
Hey DigiDoggers! 👋🐾 I just wanted to jump on and give you a little update because I know I haven’t posted as much on here the past week or so. (Which I know is not like me!!) Life and business have both been FULL ON behind the scenes. Between running Sniffers, sorting staffing, planning new services, interviewing dog trainers, organising events, managing growth targets, planning an refurb at the dog daycare and juggling family life… it’s been a whirlwind. 😂 But don’t worry - I’m still here, still building, still creating, and still obsessed with helping you all grow your pet businesses. 🌟 What’s been happening - Lots of interviews and behind the scenes decisions for daycare and dog walking. - We have a whole new team of dog walkers who I’ve been trialling and training this week! - Planning new training services and still recruiting for a dog trainer - Working on my own business growth targets - Managing some personal life bits (mum life never stops 💛) - Creating new content and resources for you 🐶 so what’s coming next… I’ve got fresh content, new lessons, and some super practical tools coming very soon. There are also a few surprises I think you’ll love. 👀 💬 In the meantime… Tell me in the comments: What’s one thing you’re working on this week in your business? I’ll jump in and give you support where I can. Thanks for being patient with me. You’re all incredible and I love seeing how committed you are to growing your businesses. We’re in this together 💛🐾✨ — Jess
