Teacher, what's your price?
I am looking for some fast feedback. I am also doing some researching into consulting and prices. Are you a teacher or Atlassian consultant? What's your hourly price, for people who seek your rapid support? Wishing everyone a good new week.
Sprint and Kanban Planning Marketplace Add-on Recommendations?
Hey, I was wondering if you had an recommendations for Sprint and Kanban planning Marketplace add-on tools. (Been using Plans but not happy with it) Oh, and it must support hours as my leadership does not believe in story pointing (argh!) I'm looking for something where the team can decomp work and add estimated hours. Ability to adjust capacity per team member also good.

I'd have to visualise what is wanted. I am implementing a due date calendar view, yet Kanban to-do would be primary view website for the project.
Atlassian Billed Josh 100k . . . "on accident"
Has Atlassian ever "accidentally" billed you 100k before?

I am trying to remove Loom. Managed to cancel the subscription. It seems you can't do nothing until the monthly billing comes around and it gets cancelled. And only afterwards you can probably uninstall. I am wondering how to use the application without Atlassian making it part of the company and incurring costs..
Users as Asset Objects
What's your use case? How did you import Users? As CSV, sync via Entra or automation? What's the attributes, or do you keep it simple?

Does anyone use Rest API to sync it via Hibob or BambooHR or Personio, etc.?
Who sees what when using “Reply to Customer?”
Hi, everyone! A user asked me how “Reply to Customer” works in JSM — they want to ensure that if an Admin comments via “Reply to Customer,” only the initial Reporter is able to see the comments, but I believe the comments are public in the portal, correct? Is there any way to *only* let comments be seen by the Admin & Reporter when using “Reply to Customer?” Thank you!

@Rachel Park Brayboy , yes. We already spoke a bit more, his requests are his own. Unless he shares his tickets or links with others. Or, the project permissions are set up differently.

@Chris Rogers , how is the white goods shop a standard use case ? Or, You're referring to me getting in depths of permissions to lock out separate spaces? (By default it's not that simple)
