Part 2️⃣ - What to actually look for Then we’re going to break down what actually matters when looking at movement properly. We’re going to look at what keeps repeating, like: - certain muscles doing too much - compensation patterns - lack of control in movement - training that doesn’t match what the body can currently handle - and more… Part 3️⃣ - Live movement analysis Then we’re going to go through your cases live. If you send over a training video, movement video, or even your current training structure, we’re going to break down: - what’s happening - what your body is likely doing - why the same issue keeps repeating - what’s probably being missed right now This part is about helping you see the pattern more clearly. We are not throwing random fixes at the problem. Part 4️⃣ - Q&A At the end, we’re going to open it up for questions, so you can ask about your own situation, training, pain pattern, or anything that came up during the call. Why that same spot keeps getting tight
