Happy Easter. Today is a powerful reminder of renewal, hope, and new beginnings. For many of us, it’s also a time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters—our faith, our health, and the way we care for ourselves and others. And if we’re being honest… The day after a holiday like this doesn’t always feel that way. Hey team, Quick update — our Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching Call this week will be held at 4:15 PM PST on Wednesday (instead of 4:00 PM on Thursday) due to another obligation. I didn’t want to cancel, especially since we’ve officially kicked off the 60-Day Transformation Challenge at Life Time, and I want to make sure we start strong with structure and direction.
