This is your first move in the TITON Challenge. ⚓ Step 1: Declare your command level Post your level: - Cadet — learning - Navigator — mapping - Operator — executing - Captain — optimizing 🎯 Step 2: Pick one workflow Choose one: A. Not Sure Yet ⚡ Fast Start (60 seconds) Post: - Workflow name (verb + noun) - What “done” looks like - Where HL/GHL fits 🔥 Core Move Use: Signal → Action → Proof - Signal: what wasn’t working - Action: "Standard Work" and what you changed in the SOP - Proof: what improved (the real evidence!) 📤 Post it here Start simple. Improve over time. 🧠 What happens next - ✅ Clean → Accepted - 🔧 Needs work → we give 2–3 fixes → resubmit ⚓ House Rule If we can’t prove it, we don’t claim it. 🚀 Why this matters Each mission: - builds real proof - strengthens your agency - contributes to Shared Industry Intelligence 🧱 Optional Level-Up (T³ Win) Want to go deeper? Add: - A-0 / A0 diagrams - 30-second T³ script - SOP breakdown 👉 That’s it. Run your first mission. Here are the R6 "feature sets": R6 Categories to Review 1. Reputation 2. Readiness 3. Resell 4. Remarketing 5. Reach 6. Reliability The audit questions below relate to our R6 tables within out TITON KM Vault: Core Audit Questions for Each R6 Category Feature Layer - Do we have the correct canonical GHL features for this R6 category? - Are there duplicate or overlapping feature rows? - Are the feature names clean and consistent? Service Layer - Do we have the correct service line items for this category? - Are those services clearly tied to the category? - Do we know which are foot-in-the-door, core, add-on, or rebilling items? Requirement Layer - Does each important service map to at least one requirement? - Are requirements atomic and clearly written? - Are any important requirements still missing? Question Layer - Does each important requirement have at least one useful question? - Are the questions diagnostic, educational, or commercial as intended? - Are there gaps where services exist but no questions support them? SOP Layer - Do the important services in this category link to an SOP? - Are those SOPs real operating assets or just ideas? - Are there major operational gaps without SOP support? Offer / Package Layer - Do the services and requirements connect to a visible offer, package, or route? - Can this category support commercialization, not just architecture? - Does the package logic align with the service and requirement logic? Integrity Layer - Is the naming clean? - Is the traceability chain understandable? - Is the category usable by a partner, builder, or reviewer without confusion?
