Welcome 🤍 I’m really glad you’re here. I know joining something like this can feel like a step, so I just want to say welcome properly. This space is here for people who carry a lot. People who are often holding things together on the outside, while dealing with anxiety, panic, overthinking, or just a constant sense of pressure underneath it all. There is no pressure to show up a certain way in this community. You do not need to post straight away. You do not need to introduce yourself today. You do not need to keep up with everything. You’re allowed to land first, look around, and use the space in a way that actually helps. Some people read quietly for a while before saying anything. Some dip in when they need support. Some use the community more actively. All of that is completely fine. When you’re ready, a simple place to start is the Classroom tab, that’s where you’ll find the courses. I’d recommend downloading the Skool app and turning notifications on for this community so you do not miss posts, reminders, or live updates.
