People who are often holding things together on the outside, while dealing with anxiety, panic, overthinking, or just a constant sense of pressure underneath it all. There is no pressure to show up a certain way in this community. You do not need to post straight away. You do not need to introduce yourself today. You do not need to keep up with everything. You’re allowed to land first, look around, and use the space in a way that actually helps. Some people read quietly for a while before saying anything. Some dip in when they need support.
