This app changed everything

On 1.1.20206 i got a subscription for this app. I was meditating regularly by then, not new to spirituality. But something was missing. I still felt like shit, constant fight or flight, depression and i didnt know why. Now im 3 months in breathwork and it changed me completly. Im calmer than ever before, feel good and strong, hand mystical expiriences only with the breath.

I think this app can change the world, and we should start with men. Men are temples of God, protectors of women and leaders of societies. Todays world is the way it is because of mentally and phisically weak men. I think through this app and sacred teachings of the east we can change men into warriors and vhiechels of God.
