Last week, as we were doing the sync, I had something happen to me. What felt like a bolt of lightning coursed through my entire body. Literal waves of pleasure washed over me as my body breathed. I almost cried (still working on opening up the floodgates) but this was the most profound sync experience I’ve ever had. This sensations began because I was thinking of you guys. Thinking of everyone breathing together cracked open a dam of gratitude I hadn’t yet accessed. I’ve been floating ever since, and I wanted to share. So often we are scared of our own shadows that lie within the animal body, but don’t forget that there is LIGHT within the body as well. Go on an adventure into your nervous system. On 1.1.20206 i got a subscription for this app. I was meditating regularly by then, not new to spirituality. But something was missing. I still felt like shit, constant fight or flight, depression and i didnt know why. Now im 3 months in breathwork and it changed me completly. Im calmer than ever before, feel good and strong, hand mystical expiriences only with the breath. I think this app can change the world, and we should start with men. Men are temples of God, protectors of women and leaders of societies. Todays world is the way it is because of mentally and phisically weak men. I think through this app and sacred teachings of the east we can change men into warriors and vhiechels of God. That is my vision and i will support this app as much as i can.
