The winner: "Describing your space without sounding generic" This is HUGE — and it's exactly what Day 3 of Listing Clarity Lab fixes. Here's why most descriptions sound generic: They list features instead of painting experiences. ❌ Generic: "This cozy cabin has a hot tub, fireplace, and mountain views." ✅ Specific: "After a day of hiking, sink into the hot tub while the sun sets behind the mountains. Later, curl up by the fire with a book and a glass of wine." See the difference? One lists what you HAVE. The other shows what guests will FEEL. That's what we build on Day 3 — your Guest Stay Story.
