My name is Michael Croston, I have been a barber in the US for 13 years. I have seen the industry skyrocket since I’ve started cutting hair. The barbering industry has changed forever! And for the better. When I started it was all about the fades and the lines. Now the shear(scissor) work is exploding across the industry. I have been wanting to attend one of the boot camps Josh Lamonaca or Josh O’meara-Patel puts on, but haven’t had the chance. I came across a 19 year old barber Joel Walsh on instagram. He did one of the cleanest haircuts I had ever seen. Amazing shear work and also insane blending. Usually I see an imbalance between the two techniques. But he does both very well. Yesterday, i was practicing on a doll head the third dimension "Depth." I changed the angle of my fingers for do a graduation. And, only with that, the result look's better.
