Breastfeeding Class Replay: What to Expect in the First 24–48 Hours + Latch & Milk Supply
If you missed the live… I’ve got you. I just taught this the same way I do in the hospital — because this is where most moms start to panic. Not because something is wrong…but because no one explained what’s normal. Inside this class, I break down: ✔ What actually happens after baby is born ✔ Why babies get sleepy at the breast ✔ How to know your baby is getting enough✔ Positioning + latch (with demonstration) ✔ What’s normal that feels wrong This is the stuff I wish every mom knew BEFORE delivery. 🎥 Watch the replay here: And if you’re watching this thinking… “I’m going to need help when my baby gets here…” type “support” below. I’ll reach out and share how I can help you step-by-step 💕 You don’t have to figure this out alone.

🌸 Free Prenatal Breastfeeding Class – March 29th | 12PM EST
If you’re pregnant and planning to breastfeed, this class is for you. Most moms don’t struggle because they can’t make milk. They struggle because no one explained what’s normal before baby arrives. In this live class, we’ll cover: 🍼 What actually happens in the first 72 hours 🍼 How much milk baby truly needs (and why colostrum is enough) 🍼 Cluster feeding — and why it doesn’t mean low supply 🍼 How to know if baby is getting enough 🍼 Latch basics that work from day one 🍼 What’s normal vs when to get extra support This is prenatal preparation — not 2am panic control. We already have 7 moms registered 💗 If you’re planning to come live, comment COMING below. If you can’t make it live but want the replay, comment REPLAY. Then head to the Calendar tab and click “Going” to save your seat. Let’s prepare before baby arrives — not after. — Karen

You just need a place that helps you understand what’s normal and what matters. If you later decide you want live teaching, structured support calls, or full guide access, those options are available separately inside the paid sections. But start with the free classroom first. Baby Feeding Guide (0–6 Months) — What Actually Matters (Not Ounces)
Let’s clear something up… 👇 Most moms are stressing over ounces… schedules… and “am I making enough?” But that’s not actually how feeding works. Here’s what’s normal: ✔️ Breastfed babies eat more often ✔️ Bottle amounts don’t equal breastmilk intake ✔️ Short, frequent feeds are normal ✔️ Distracted feeding around 2–4 months? Also normal And the biggest one… 👉 Your body is NOT measured in ounces What actually tells you your baby is getting enough? ✔️ Wet diapers ✔️ Weight gain ✔️ Baby behavior Not your pump Not the bottle Not what social media says If you’ve ever thought: “I don’t think I’m making enough…” You’re not alone — but most of the time, it’s not a supply issue…It’s an information gap.
