I’ve been a little hyper obsessed with growth and not as balanced on the friendship part Because I’ve treated all my businesses this way - it’s just a grind - even when you don’t feel like it But it’s kind of these viral hot friendships that really inspire us I met a new girl on TikTok last night she has red hair - “Demi”. A Chinese streamer who speaks pretty good English and a ♓️ Pisces I’m not gonna lie something about her really pulled me in and this is rare. I’ve seen thousands of streams. She was working really hard and I could tell she has an extreme work ethic but she’s also super cute and girly too. I saw the balance of masculine and feminine energy in her like I see in myself and it’s interesting seeing their strategy for how they connect with new sponsors and retain them - it’s just like a business One guy ends up giving her like 15k from brand new. So relationships can form extremely quickly Anyway idk I saw in her a part of myself and I saw she has an intensely magnetic personality. I found that to be rare and refreshing in a world of blah. Boring low energy. The other girl I follow moon who is Korean just felt super tired and she’s always crowded by all these simps lol. What can I say - pretty and popular - I love it. It makes me realize I haven’t been friendly enough - PROBABLY But you can’t forget the intense drive it takes to succeed on social media My new IG got locked out to anti spam and I have to upload an ID??? I lost my drivers license smh so I need to go get another one and a passport but I have my older account I’ll use for the time being Just don’t do too many likes and comments per hour and try to comment a meaningful sentence not a one word phrase Is getting free follows from new accounts who just want attention really that productive? Productivity IS productivity Whatever you deposit into the marketplace WILL come back to you I see it energetically first - you have the perfect dream clients is what ur CHASING But also anyone who would really like you and be curious to talk to you and get to know you

I feel the collective frustration on how hard this is. For sure. But you also just gotta master the basics and learn skills you’re never had Bottom up works … slowly But a lot of work, it’s not sexy, ur always fighting anti spam even tho ur just trying to be productive in your business Top down is like viral lightning. You model and script essentially duplicate the most viral videos from your niche So today that’s all I’m gonna focus on Ask ai who the top wellness coaches and life coaches similar to me are top 10 Or top business coaches to a wellness industry Or life and wellness coaches who became business coaches as well Tony Robbins is one - find 10 more Then there are other tools that just sort all their reels from most popular to least popular I’ve seen this info come up a lot on IG top down scripting and modeling It may be a trend but it’s worth putting focus there They copy everything including setups and content format and hooks Just changing the words slightly People swear this is the fastest way to get to 10k in a couple months so I’ll put more energy here Bottom up you want a mastermind of like 4-6 then 20-30 people I want my skool comm to be a mastermind for coaches building hard on IG New rules new parameters new intention I think you should do both at the same time top down content bottom up networking and prospecting Otherwise ur just not maxing out ur productivity So this is also the psychology of a follow there has to be some kind of mental process to follow a stranger in less than 2-3 minutes I’m spending more time thinking about that Authority? Highly produced content? Entertainment ? Shock value?
