Sure I might be the face for the “company”
But all of the credit to my success is to my team

The large commercial contract you’ve finally earned

Bad team? Poor quality people?
A terrible team with terrible habits and systems

Get your team in check
If your not on the right team
MOVE or make the NECESSARY changes
