Hello, I'm Cory from VA. I have been in Real Estate my entire adult life, from building to flipping to rentals and my main gig is as a Real Estate Appraiser. I am currently on our second small subdivision with number 3 on the horizon and we buy and sell smaller lots as well. I also flip a small handful of homes yearly, mostly wholetail or light rehab types. In 90 days my goal is to be marketing the current subdivision and well started due diligence on the third project. I guess my biggest challenge revolves around access and title issues. I am looking to hear how others are overcoming access and title issues more timely than I am... Its always in our contracts as outs and buying easements has worked well for the most part, just mainly curious on how others approach these situations. Oh, and of course, funding options. We use a lot of private money and seller financing on our deals but its always nice to have options.
