My full text exchange with David: "Iโ€™ve been using LeadDeck.ai to contact expires and so I got a response about whatโ€™s the offer and I didnโ€™t answer immediately not because I didnโ€™t want to just didnโ€™t get to him fast enough so he text me back yesterday and said are you still interested in this and I said yeah possibly and I said I needed to get over and take a look at the property and so I did that here about an hour and a half ago. seeking advice on a unique property
I met with a couple who may be selling a property near me...large family home with a commercial component (the husband ran an equipment repair business). It's really a unicorn in the middle of a residential neighborhood. I gave them my opinion on value which is pretty far apart from what they hope to get. Though it is a large parcel, it is not subdividable. Any advice on whether this might be an opportunity to put out to investors?
