Weekly Life School Meeting is happening in 8 days
RECAP 3/29...& No weekly call on Easter Sunday :)
Hey guys!! How are you doing? I am thrilled to be speaking to you guys today. Last session was outstanding. We shared so many great wins and struggles together with @Warren Gibbons and @Casey Kaufman. We learned a phenomenal exercise to deepen connection with folks -- writing down the SIMILARITIES between folks!! Before I started coaching with @Mark Matthews , I struggled sometimes to feel connected with folks. I found myself thinking about myself a lot interactions...and sometimes pointing out many differences between myself and others. We began our first coaching session together...with an exercise to write down the similarities between 25 folks in my life! Over the course of the next few months, I began to find reasons to connect with folks, even the ones that other people didn't tend to get along with! I began to become more authentic in interactions -- because I began to love not just being able to talk about me, but to love the experience of US being together. I can't wait to hear you guys try this exercise...and see how it potentially deepens your connection with folks. - Govind

RECAP From 3/22, my R.P.M. Results, and...weekly call 3/29
Hey guys! Wow. What a phenomenal call we had on 3/22. We learned a powerful story of two, high stakes conversations I had, one being massively influential and the other being massively uninfluential with leaders in my workplace. We learned of the number one way to destroy your influence...by focusing on only yourself! And...we got to learn a powerful framework for influence, U.A.A. -- Understand, Align, Advance --> and how it helped me score a remarkable career outcome through @Mark Matthews coaching!! My R.P.M Challenge Results: This has also been fantastic. It wasn't easy, but @Casey Kaufman held me very accountable...to moving my average bed time across 14 days to 10:20 P.M -- before it was close to 11:00! With a busy lifestyle this makes a HUGE difference! It wasn't easy. But I tracked it every night. And oh boy, was it helpful to feel more relaxed, calm, and centered with folks throughout the day! I can't wait to conitnue to work on that relaxation, and get better quality sleep for the future! Comment down below...what are your R.P.M's and results? And oh. You know what's happening this Sunday....Weekly Call @ 4:30 PM!!! Join us, once again, for a phenomenal and fun hangout, along with a powerful lesson on how to feel more CONNECTED with others!! Can't wait. - Govind

Love your problems
Happy Monday, ladies and gentleman!! When I come to work, often times it is easy to feel riddled with problems. I'm 12 minutes late, I've got 5 things to do in parallel, oh, and there's Sally, who always talks too much in meetings! Not to mention that it is too cold outside, the wind almost knocked me over this morning, and I'm dreading this meeting coming up. I used to view work like this. And ohhhh it was so draining. As I worked more and more with @Mark Matthews, he introduced me to an outstanding philosphy. Love. Your. Problems. Most people's biggest problem is that they think they shouldn't have any! At first, I said huh? Love my problems? Love that I have to print 100 labels and attend a meeting that's gonna drag on? However, the more and more I thought about it, I began to realize that problems are a gift. In fact, they are the gift that keeps on giving! Problems are inevitable in life. And I love them. Because problems are what give us the opportunity to grow. The fact that I've gotta do 5 things in parallel is what gives me the opportunity learn to become an incredibly effective leader! The fact that I've gotta have meetings that I don't completely enjoy is an excellent opportunity to learn to collaborate with any and all folks. This week, I'm loving work. I'm loving the opportunity to show up, contribute to the mission of spreading sustainable technology to AI datacenters, and having a fantastic Monday. How are you doing? Comment down below. - Govind
