Virtual Gym Link
We have something special here. A space that offers you online accountability, support, compassion, and resources to thrive on your wellness journey. We also understand that if you have kids, a busy work schedule, are caregiving for someone else, and/or travel often, it can feel lonely or hard to get motivated and feel part of something larger and belong. That's where our virtual zoom gym comes in and saves the day! It's open 24/7. No talking. No instructing. Just a space for you to feel like you're part of something larger while you crush your goals. Log in here: https://www.tinyurl.com/insideoutZOOMgym Stay muted, leave your camera off if you feel more comfortable, but get the work done with other people! It's busiest and most fun between 4:30am (Eastern) and 6:30/7am! But schedule a date with someone here any time and make it happen!

Happy easter
Early walk before Easter breakfast with family. Did something to my neck/ cervical spine - I have nerve symptoms in arms - ( so frustrated) going to Dr tomorrow hopefully small steroid taper will cure inflammation and I can get back to regular programming until then walking and stretching
Happy easter
April
April 5th already?! Been a busy few days. My daughter’s birthday was Thursday, then off Friday, and a few days of birthday and Easter festivities. Honestly have done zero workouts the last couple days but been so nice to be present with everything going on. We’re heading to Disney world in 10 days so April is kind of a busy month! Goals are to really just maintain until we get back from Disney. Gotta enjoy life!! Happy April!
Major Signs
Me in pain for the second half of yesterday and needing the heating pad to sleep cause my ovulation hurt so bad it triggered major signs. It’s so cool being a woman…. I still did my scheduled workout today because I actually felt fine once I woke up. This happens to me almost every month but this time was longer and more painful than most. I also felt especially tired, bloated, and worn down. Really just a bad fuel day yesterday because we hosted brunch and went to an Easter gathering and I overate on too much of the “fun” stuff — ironically enough it wasn’t fun. Moderation really does matter for me! I’m definitely happy to eat my regular food today and the rest of this week. Here’s to fresh starts! This was my first day of my April and May plan PLUS the first day of Foundations that Won’t fail digging into the course content!
